Earlier this year, SuperOffice.com surveyed 1,920 business professionals and asked them what their top business priority is for the next 5 years. The answer was “Customer Experience” (or CX).
One way to make your small business CX really stand out, especially in this digital world, is to host in-person special events. Yes, they can be a lot of work and incur some expense, but the benefits are significant. They build brand image, generate publicity, drive revenue, influence prospects, develop trust, and stand apart from online marketing events. Perhaps most importantly, they provide unique opportunities to engage with your clients on a very personal level.
If you need help brainstorming ideas for special events, here are some days to celebrate August 2022:
- 01 National Girlfriend Day
- 04 National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day
- 07 National Friendship Day
- 08 National Cat Day
- 10 National Lazy Day
- 13 National Garage Sale Day
- 15 National Back to School Prep Day
- 16 National Bratwurst Day
- 21 National Senior Citizens’ Day
- 26 National Dog Day
- 30 National Beach Day
